A single source to share data between
all parties responsible for handling transportation projects. Whether
you are an Intermediate Unit, a School District, or a Transportation
Company, CSGBusLink allows you to securely share data. |
Intermediate Units |
If you are an Intermediate unit
providing resources to numerous School districts CSGBusLink allows
District requests to flow into your account via email and Database
updates. Now you can eliminate the rekeying of transportation events.
And if you Subcontract... CSGBuslink can route those projects to
the subcontractor for you, while allowing you to check on the status
of any project. |
School Districts |
Whether you are a School District
with your own Fleet or you rely on contracted services CSGBusLink
can tie it all together. With CSGBusLink you can schedule drivers
and buses in your fleet and also schedule transportation via contractors.
Teachers can be assigned a login and be able to view their events
and request new transportation using an internal authorization. |
Dispatcher/Transportation Coordinator |
The Dispatcher can modify all scheduled
events and send modification requests to contractors. A setup
Utility allows the Dispatcher to Setup Users and their Access
Levels and up to a 3 level internal authorization routing system. |
Teachers: |
Teachers can be assigned a login and
will be able to view their events and request new transportation
using an internal authorization process. |
Drivers: |

Transportation Companies |
Whether you have 1 bus or Hundreds,
CSGBuslink provides an easy way to link you to your clients. Now
when a request comes in it can be assigned and when your client logs
into their system they will see that the event has been scheduled.
If a departure time changes or an event is postponed, both you and
the client can verify the updated information. |
